Our service begins the moment you order your equipment online, by
phone or fax. Shortly after the order is placed, you will receive an
invoice with a detailed listing of the equipment you ordered for your
customer.
Baystate will arrive one hour before your event to set up the equipment
and insure that everything is working properly. We’ll even
tape down the cords for you. We will return about an hour after your
event to remove all of the equipment. Because of Baystate’s commitment
to service, there are no additional fees associated with the set up
and removal of our equipment. We are also flexible regarding the set
up and strike times. If one hour before and after are not preferable,
just let us know. We’ll be there at your convenience.
We can also provide private training sessions to your staff and we’ll
even ship our equipment if that suits your needs. Baystate also offers

staff will place the order and fax you a confirmation.

our presentation professionals will take the order and fax you a
conformation.

set up in, the time you want it set up, as well as a detailed cost
